   Long time no post. :) So Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I'm super excited. Thanksgiving is my second favorite holiday. Christmas is my first of course. :) I love Thanksgiving because it's a special time where you sit down, and are thankful for everything you have. And you can enjoy time with your family or friends. Plus, you get extremely yummy food! :) I am just so excited to eat and spend time with my family. My Aunt, Uncle, and two 1/2 cousins are coming from Kentucky to spend Thanksgiving with us. Haha, do you like how I said 1/2? My aunt is pregnant just to let you know. :) I can't wait for Thanksgiving!     So school has started. This Monday is going to be the third week of school. -And here's the weird thing, its actually okay. I have a really good teacher and I also have friends in my class. I have actually been learning, :) and its not that bad. I just have a lot of homework. Like a lot. I have to know the whole USA map by this Tuesday, and I only know like 14 states. Thats not good. :( So I really should be studying right now...but oh well. I have time. I really miss summer though. I miss being able to sleep in, and doing whatever I want without having a schedule.      The super cool thing about school is that 5th graders get their own school emails. Usually you get one in middle school, but they changed it this year. Yay! :) So yeah, that's cool. Anyways, school is heading off to a good start. Hopefully it stays that way. :) r-girl

           Just got back from Gatlinburg the other day, summer vacations are the best! We rented a cabin in the mountains, we usually do every few years. We were going to plan a summer vacation to the beach, but it didn't work out. So we decided to take some time off, relax, and have some fun in Gatlinburg. But my oldest sister couldn't come because of her work. :( We did lots of fun activities, we shopped around, went on the Ski Lift, spent a day at Wonder Works, (The house of illusions) went to DollyWood, Dixie Stampede, and my favorite, ATV riding. Okay, so I have never ridden an ATV before, so my sister and I rode the smallest one. :) (the easiest) while my other sister rode the medium one, and my dad rode the biggest. My mom was too scared to drive one... ;) so she stayed home at the cabin. Anyways, so when the people gave direction of how to drive one, I had no idea what they were talking about. Thank goodness my family was in a se...

     Yay! This week is my birthday week, and im so very excited. :) I love having family over to celebrate, and I have been waiting forever to turn 11. It seems so old, but its really not. :) It seems like just yesterday I was waiting to turn 10.      I can't wait to eat my yummy Puddles! Here's the thing, I am not a fan of cake...So I always have Puddles for my birthday instead of a cake. :) I love Puddles, it is so yummy. It isn't actually Puddles, or even called that. I really have no idea what they are called...something fancy. But we made up that  name because the first time we tried it, (I was so little I don't even remember) we were at a party outside and it was so hot that it melted and looked like puddles. Mmmm, just thinking about that makes my stomach growl, even though I just had a big bowl of chili. Puddles is chocolate with crackers and some kind of cream...I really have no idea whats actually inside that creamy chocolatey stuff. Bu...

      So far, summer has been pretty good. We have our pool set up, and I have been relaxing all summer.  It was my sisters birthday the other day, so that was pretty fun. I made her a painting of an anime girl, that is supposed to be her.  I also gave her a note and a home-made gift card to Star Bucks, paid by me. :)     Anyways, my oldest sister is leaving to Africa next week for a Missions Trip, and I am very nervous for her. So if you could pray for her that would be great. :) Also next week I am going to a day camp for a week called K.O.S, short for Kids On Stage. I've gone for about 4 or 3 years i think, and it is super fun! :)  I'm taking four classes... Musical Theater, Drawing, Dance, and Improve Acting. I am really excited! And at the end of the week we perform what we learned. It awesome, I love it. Oh! And I almost forgot! I cut off my hair. :) Don't worry, not all of it. It used to be soooooo long! Like at my belly butt...

Oh my gosh, can you believe it? Today was the last day of fourth grade. I'm like freaking out with excitement right now if you can't notice...We had a picnic today, and it was only a half a day of school. Though I really don't know why we even had school today because we didn't learn anything. Oh well. ;)     I am really happy that school is out and it's summer, but its kinda sad to think that some of your friends are not going to see you again for the rest of your life. Even when some people that I don't hang out with a lot move, I get completely upset and hug them until they tell me they have to leave. It's like a family. A school family. When one child leaves, the family is broken. Then another child joins and the family is reunited again. Though it's difficult to explain how I felt today, it was a day with so many emotions. Happiness, sadness, excitement, and much more that I can't put into words..It's a day like no other. Summer is here. ...

    I can't believe it, its already late April! Its almost summer, everyone! Summer. Oh my, I just love summer. Don't you? Summer is my time. My time to do whatever I want to. To spend a day outside, exploring. Or a day in my bed with a book in my face. I just like it when I can do whatever I really want to do. Not having to go to school, or finish a project for school clubs. Let me tell you, I'm a busy girl. I have school, homework, softball, sketchbook club, my own blog that I can never seem to keep up with, and my own home projects. Like watching T.V, haha, or having my free time with books. And I love reading, but sometimes there are periods when I really have no time for reading, or all the time I can get. But the weird thing is that I usually want to read when I'm busy, and don't want to read when I have nothing else to do. My life is complicated, I'm just trying to keep up with it. :)         But I think I have a pretty good look in my future. ...

Today was a beautiful day, until I saw the lightning. Letting you know I am quite safe, maybe a little storm with a small chance of tornado, but for some of my readers you could be under a big tornado warning. I hope that all of my readers are safe, everyone too. I am praying for you, and hoping the storms will fade and pass. When I look at all of the beautiful things in life, I remember all of the bad things too. But don't give up. I am sure you will be fine, and the storm will settle soon. Wishing for the best, R-Girl

Happy Valentines Day! I can't believe it's Valentines Day already. Did you have a good one? I did. Well, it started out being a long day at school but then the party began. :] We had the yummiest food! For my Valentines box I got a big box and put foil all over it. Then I put sparkly and shiny ......whats it called? I forgot. It's like those strings that are really sparkly. Oh well, you know what I mean. Then I attached feathers. It looked so cool! But then I had to destroy it to get the cards and candy out. :} Yeah, I didn't think about how I had to open it. But it's not like I am going to use it again, right? Anyways, I got lots of gum and chocolate! :O My two favorite things! I hope you had a wonderful Valentines Day, I did. :<3 haha I love making faces on the computer! School is not fun. I can not wait until summer! I'm so excited to sleep in, go in the pool, and not have to worry about homework or any projects. This is the worst time of the year.... I have had so many projects in the last few weeks. Its crazy. I guess I will just have to wait. :(

Yay!!! When my favorite person, Carole Birdsong called last night, I screamed!!! No school! :D Finally I get a break....even though Christmas break was a few weeks ago. :) Did I tell you about Christmas break? I don't think I did....So my family, like my whole family. Cousins, uncles, aunts, grandparents, everyone, went to Colorado for our family vacation! We rented this HUMUNGOUS house on the mountains, and let me tell you, its the prettiest, biggest, tallest house I've ever been in. It had four or five floors! Its too hard to count...But it was soo fun! We got tons of food, and really sat around and talked. :) The first day, we went skiing. Not a good idea. I fell like.....twelve times probably. Us kids didn't go to the ski lessons, so daddy thought he could teach us. Well, he did fine. Except with me....When I fell, i twisted my leg in a gross position and it hurt!!!! Really bad, I didn't know how to get out. But lets skip to the next day...We really just hung out th...

Ugh, I'm not happy. You know why? I have to leave for school in a few minutes. I just have to get through it....its so boring and people are mean. :( But i only have 1 1/2 days counting today of it until winter break! Halleluiah! Haha, I love that word. :) But I don't think I have any tests today, and i might not have homework because tomorrow is a half of day. :) At least I think we don't have any tests....we had benchmark last week so I think we are done. But I'm excited for lunch because I packed a yummy lunch! I packed yummy Gatorade, pizza lunchables, peaches, and a cupcake. :) My mom and I went shopping last night and I picked out the cupcakes. :) I love cupcakes, especially when they have yummy stuff inside of them. Well, better be off to horrible school! :) Bye!

Guess what???? Only 1 and 1/2 more days till Christmas! And I'm SOOO glad. You have no idea what I have been through this week....I'm tired of school. I'm tired of people. I AM TIRED! Ohh...you know why? I can't go to bed. I'm stressed. And of course girl drama. But you know why I don't cry out loud in school? Because its almost Christmas! And Christmas break! And its Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday! :) I get to sleep in! Yeah....I'm excited. Anyways...I had Benchmark tests today, they were hard. We didn't even learn about some of the thinks on there. But, oh well. I am just glad its almost Christmas. Bye! :)

Today was a really fun day. First, I had a nice sleep and woke up, sneaked to the kitchen and got some goldfish and played Mario Cart with my sister while we stuffed goldfish in our mouths. After everyone woke up, the whole family got warm and went outside. My daddy and mommy rode in the truck, while me and my sisters rode in the trailer to the back of the yard. When the car started I said, "It’s gonna be a bumpy ride!" You know, from Hairy Potter? When the freaky looking head says that in the car. :) But it really hurt because when I said that we drove fast and hit a hole and my but got hurt. :( Anyways, when we reached the back of the yard, we took out shovels and started shoveling tons of gravel onto the trailer. It was fun because I didn't do the hard part. While everyone was shoveling I just smashed and flattened the gravel. :) When we had enough gravel, we jumped onto the trailer and rode all the way to our drive way. We stopped and shoveled al...

This band is amazing. You have to look their songs up on YouTube! My favorite songs by them are: Dog Days, Shake It Out, I'm Not Calling You A Liar, and Swimming. Look them all up! :) They are super great.
